Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with its mission, vision, and objectives. Provide strategic direction to all departments, ensuring coherence and synergy across the organization. Operational Management Fund raising and oversee the management, operation, and development of the NBFC. Ensure the NBFC operates in a cost-effective manner and propose an annual budget and cost framework for activities. Regulatory Compliance Act as the principal advisor to the board on issues concerning NBFC management and provide well-founded advice on regulatory compliance. Respond to ad-hoc enquiries from regulatory bodies like RBI/NHB and prepare compliance reports. Financial Oversight Provide financial reporting and accounting for the preparation of quarterly and annual accounts. Achieve targeted profitability and fee income, and manage periodic sales targets. Human Resources And Organizational Development Recruit, motivate, and develop employees. Define and document primary responsibilities for employees and establish HR policies. Client And Market Engagement Undertake new client acquisition, retention, and growth plans for larger customers. Identify and source potential clients through referral networks. Skills And Qualifications Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in the financial sector, with a strong understanding of financial products for banks and NBFCs. Qualification: CA, CAIIB, MBA from premier institutes, CFA Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong local network, and ability to interpret market trends.
