Job Title: Central Finance and Accounting Manager Location: Chennai Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our Central Finance and Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations. Key Responsibilities:- - Lead the Central Finance and Accounting team, providing guidance and oversight on financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance. - Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with Ind AS. - Oversee the preparation and submission of GST returns, ensuring compliance with GST regulations and laws. - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting. - Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Company Law, Income Tax, and other applicable laws. - Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders. Requirements:- - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting. - Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance with Ind AS and GST regulations.- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards (INDAS), tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
