Job Summary:We are hiring a responsible and proactive Center Manager to lead daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across printing workflows, recruitment, client servicing, and team performance. This role demands flexibility, leadership, and operational discipline in a high-volume signage and printing setup.

• ? Key Responsibilities:Oversee complete printing center operations including machine scheduling, order tracking, and delivery deadlines
• Supervise staff attendance, recruitment, HR workflows, and team productivity
• Manage solvent printing, vinyl, UV coating, and glow sign board workflow with quality checks
• Track daily performance and implement structured follow-up systems
• Coordinate with designers and technicians to ensure timely execution
• Handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and on-site meetings with professionalism
• Resolve escalations and maintain discipline across departments
• Ensure proper documentation through Google Sheets and laminated SOP sheets
• ? Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Prior experience in printing, signage, or operations preferred
• Bilingual communication in Hindi and English
• Familiarity with HR trackers, scheduling tools, and client engagement platforms like WhatsApp

• Disciplined with attention to detail
• Able to manage cross-functional teams under pressure
• Comfortable with extended hours during high-volume days
