Job Description
As the Center Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the preschool to ensure high-quality learning experiences, smooth daily operations, effective team management, and strong parent engagement. Your key responsibilities will include leading curriculum implementation to ensure age-appropriate learning, managing daily operations, safety, and compliance, recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, fostering strong parent relationships, addressing concerns, driving admissions, and meeting financial goals. To excel in this role, you should have a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in preschool education, including leadership exposure. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, along with a passion for early childhood learning. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
