As a Salesforce Data Cloud Expert/Specialist at our global pharma client, you will play a crucial role in leading the Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation, ensuring a smooth integration, execution, and successful go-live. Your responsibilities will include analysing requirements, managing backlogs, planning sprints, and coordinating testing to deliver a robust solution. Your key responsibilities in this role will involve assessing CDP feasibility, aligning with stakeholders, and documenting dependencies. You will be responsible for owning and driving the CDP implementation, ensuring the execution of the roadmap. Additionally, you will manage the product backlog by defining and prioritizing epics, user stories, and tasks. Your role will also include conducting sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums. Furthermore, you will lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and go-live cutover planning. To excel in this position, you should have expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) implementation with a minimum of 8 years of experience. You must have a proven track record of successful SF Data Cloud implementations across multiple projects. Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications and knowledge of data governance principles.
