Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV & WiFi Camera Installation Technician to handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with both wired and wireless CCTV systems, be familiar with basic networking, and ensure proper functioning and support for installed devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, WiFi/IP cameras, and related equipment.

  Perform site surveys to determine camera placement and wiring requirements.

  Connect and route cables (power, video, and data) as needed.

  Set up camera systems with mobile and desktop viewing capabilities.

  Troubleshoot and repair faulty systems or connections.

  Maintain and service installed camera systems to ensure proper functionality.

  Ensure quality workmanship and safe installation practices.

  Provide basic training or instructions to clients on system usage.

  Maintain tools, inventory, and service records.

Requirements:

  Basic knowledge of CCTV system components, installation techniques, and troubleshooting.

  Familiarity with WiFi/IP camera setup and smartphone integration.

  Basic understanding of network settings (IP address configuration, router setup, etc.).

  Ability to use hand tools, drills, ladders, and testing equipment.

  Willingness to travel locally for installation or service calls.

  Good communication and customer service skills.

  Minimum qualification: 10th / ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  Prior experience in CCTV or security system installation.

  Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if field visits are required).

  Knowledge of biometric system installation is a plus.
