CCTV Technician Realtech Vision

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and log incoming CCTV cameras into the service system
• Maintain inward and outward records of cameras through service management software
• Open and inspect CCTV cameras for faults or physical/electronic issues
• Perform diagnosis, testing, and troubleshooting of non-working or faulty units
• Carry out repairs including IC or part replacements, soldering, or minor circuit fixes
• Conduct quality testing of repaired cameras before final delivery
• Update service records, repair status, and spare parts used in the system
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs
• Ensure proper handling and care of customer devices and internal equipment

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:
• CCTV camera repairs
• Mobile phone repairing
• Soldering and basic electronics servicing
• Familiarity with electronic components, PCBs, ICs, and soldering tools
• Ability to use basic diagnostic tools and software
• Basic knowledge of using a computer and software for data entry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication and record-keeping skills
• Preferred Backgrounds:Candidates from CCTV repair service, mobile repairing, or electronics servicing fields
• Candidates who have worked with authorized service centers or electronics labs

Training & Support:Selected candidates will undergo hands-on training at our manufacturing/service facility, covering:

• Brand-specific CCTV products
• Testing and troubleshooting techniques
• Software usage for service records
• Spare parts management and quality protocols
