As a Category Manager - Quick Commerce at our leading Lifestyle fashion brand in India, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing sales initiatives for key accounts. Your primary focus will be on increasing online sales and revenue through Q-commerce channels. You will identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and optimize product listings and pricing strategies based on customer feedback. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive Q-commerce strategies aligned with the company's goals. You will stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements to ensure a competitive edge. Monitoring key performance indicators for Q-commerce accounts, analyzing sales metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement online marketing campaigns will be crucial aspects of your role. You will work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure seamless coordination in executing Q-commerce strategies. Providing feedback to the product team based on market trends and leveraging your 3-7 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or similar roles in ecommerce or retail, particularly in fast-moving consumer goods, will be essential. To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of managing end-to-end product categories, experience in Q-commerce, FMCG, retail, or ecommerce marketplaces, and skills in revenue generation, performance monitoring, data analytics, collaboration, and sales strategy development.
