Category manager Online Sales (OTC & Wellness) Location: Delhi Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce, e-pharmacy, or category/account management Compensation: Competitive, based on experience What Youll Do: Vendor Onboarding & Partnerships Identify, negotiate, and onboard OTC & wellness brands for the online pharmacy. Secure exclusive listings, better pricing, and supply commitments. Build strong relationships with brand owners, distributors, and suppliers. Online Sales & Category Growth Develop and execute strategies to maximize online sales for OTC & wellness products. Work with internal teams to optimize product visibility, SEO, and performance marketing. Improve conversion rates, repeat purchases, and AOV (average order value). Revenue & P&L Management Own the P&L for the OTC & wellness category, driving revenue and profitability. Implement pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies to boost sales. Ensure healthy margins while keeping products competitively priced. Inventory & Demand Planning Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock levels for key products. Monitor sales trends and forecast demand to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Marketing & Growth Initiatives Work with performance marketing teams to run promotions, ads, and special campaigns. Plan and execute brand collaborations and seasonal offers. What You Need: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, e-pharmacy, or account/category management. Experience with OTC, wellness, pharma, or beauty brands. Strong negotiation & vendor management skills. Understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and conversion optimization. Ability to work with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance).
