Job Description

Position: Category Head - Tissue Paper Making Machines Location: Ghaziabad (Onsite) Company: Delhi Core and Lamination Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities Category Strategy & Planning: Define and execute the category roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and pricing studies to identify growth opportunities. P&L Management: Own revenue, margin, and cost objectives for assigned product categories. Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and implement corrective actions. Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage a telesales team (inside sales) to meet leadgeneration and conversion targets. Set individual and team KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement. Sales Enablement & Operations: Develop sales scripts, training modules, and performance dashboards. Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns, product collateral, and digital outreach. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and supplychain teams to ensure timely product launches, inventory planning, and quality standards. Liaise with aftersales/service to gather customer feedback and feed into product enhancements. Stakeholder Management: Present category performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, dealers, and channel partners. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in category/product management or sales leadership roles, preferably in industrial machinery or B2B equipment. Proven track record managing and scaling a telesales (inside sales) team with demonstrable KPIs (leads, conversions, revenue). Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and ability to interpret market data. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholdermanagement abilities. Proficient in Excel.
