Compensation: 25,000 - 40,000 (Based on experience and expertise) Location: Open (Preference for Jaipur/Mumbai) Company: Rooftop The ideal candidate is a creative team player who will be able to think strategically across different media platforms and own the creation process from inception to production. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive catalogue of art-based products within Rooftops inventory. Work directly with artisans and craft clusters to integrate traditional art techniques and designs. Create prototypes, mood boards, and design iterations for commercial collections and exhibitions. Collaborate with the marketing team to align products with brand aesthetics and market demand. Qualifications Educational background in Product Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, or related fields. Hands-on experience in art-inspired product development catalogue and craft-based design. Strong sense of aesthetics, material knowledge, and innovation in design. Passion for traditional art forms and a keen interest in their adaptation to contemporary markets.,
