Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Cashier with a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling cash transactions, managing sales records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Manage and balance cash registers, including handling cash drops and pickups

- Process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies

- Maintain accurate records of sales, receipts, and refunds

- Monitor and report any discrepancies or irregularities to management

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably in a gold showroom

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in handling cash, credit card machines, and point-of-sale systems

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
