You should have a listening ear and the judgment to offer appropriate career consultation. Also, you should be able to direct students to skill-building workshops or conduct one-on-one sessions. As a Career Counselor, you should be able to direct students in developing attainable long-term career goals. To excel in this role, you should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be guided with strategic career planning, and have proven work experience in this area. Responsibilities: - Understand the students career preferences and concerns. - Assist students in developing effective strategies for career growth. - Enroll students in skill-building workshops. - Assist students in developing long-term career plans. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Career Counseling in a reputed organization or Education institute. - Demonstrate excellent judgment and listening skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Display empathy and highly motivated behavior .- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
