- Handle outbound calls guiding customers through the old car scrapping process.
- Generate & manage leads by identifying potential sellers.
- Explain company services, including evaluation, inspection, and paperwork.
- Provide accurate price quotations based on vehicle details.
- Schedule & coordinate vehicle inspections and pickups.
- Follow up to convert leads, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM records of customer interactions & transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth process.
- Collect customer feedback to improve services.
