Job Title: Campus Administrator (Colonel) Department: Campus Operations location - Bangalore Job Summary: The Campus Administrator (Colonel) serves as the senior military officer responsible for overseeing all administrative, operational, and academic activities within the campus. This role ensures the efficient management of resources, the enforcement of institutional policies, and the development of leadership among cadets and staff. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Provide strategic leadership and oversight of campus operations. Supervise a team of administrative staff, faculty, and cadet leadership. Enforce discipline, military standards, and institutional policies. Administrative Oversight: Manage budgets, resources, and facilities to support campus programs. Oversee scheduling, academic programs, and student affairs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. Training & Development: Develop and implement leadership training programs for cadets. Mentor junior officers and staff in professional development. Organize and lead drills, ceremonies, and military events. Student Affairs: Foster a positive and inclusive campus environment. Address student concerns and disciplinary issues in accordance with regulations. Promote cadet welfare and support services. Qualifications: Military rank of Colonel with proven leadership experience. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Military Science, or related field (Masters preferred). Strong background in military operations, administration, and training. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
