? Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Calling & Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming inquiries, make outbound calls to prospective students, and guide them about our courses and admission process. The goal is to convert leads into admissions by providing excellent counseling and follow-up support.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from leads database.
• Counsel students and parents about available courses, programs, and benefits.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or walk-ins.
• Explain admission procedures, course structures, fees, and career prospects.
• Follow up with interested candidates to maximize enrollment.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing team for updates and scheduling.
• Attend training to stay updated on course offerings and institute policies.

? Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Education background preferred).
• Proven experience in telecalling or counseling (Education sector preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Web).
