The individual in this role will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering incoming calls, and providing detailed information about our products and services. Daily tasks will include maintaining client records, following up on inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate will also be involved in gathering customer feedback and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets. Qualifications Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette Ability to manage and maintain client records accurately Customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred,
