Job Role: BDE-Telecaller Shift Time: 6:30 pm to 3:30 AM Job Location: Pune (Baner) WFO Salary: Best in the Industry Notice Period: Max 30 Days Roles & Responsibilities As a BDE-Telecaller at our Pune office, your responsibilities will include: - Cold Calling to potential customers - Lead Generation and Demand Generation activities - Gathering customer requirements over the phone - Conducting email campaigns and sending business proposals - Handling sales negotiations and escalations - Closing sales deals in the future - Updating notes and progress in Salesforce system Job Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: - Excellent oral and written English communication skills - Strong prospecting skills with the ability to schedule appointments for sales calls/presentations with the sales manager - Experience in building your own sales pipelines - Previous experience in selling ecommerce websites and Digital Marketing services - Ability to set and meet sales goals - Self-motivation and a positive attitude - At least 2 years of experience in lead generation through cold calling - A Bachelor's degree in any field We are seeking candidates who can join our team within 30 days of selection.
