Job Description
The role of a Call Coordinator based in Azad Nagar, Andheri West requires someone with experience in working for an IT (Hardware) company. As a Call Coordinator, your responsibilities will include taking customer calls, providing L1 telephonic support, understanding the issues reported by customers, and performing troubleshooting. You will be expected to coordinate with L2 teams to ensure a speedy resolution of customer issues. It is essential to resolve calls within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and maintain accurate records of all calls in the client ticketing tool. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting and maintaining all customer acknowledged service reports. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Diploma or Graduation qualification and prior experience in call coordinating for at least 1 year. Proficiency in using call log ticketing software for a minimum of 1 year is also required.
