JOB DESCRIPTION-

A Call Center BPO Executive, or Business Process Outsourcing Executive, primarily handles customer interactions through various communication channels

like phone, email, or chat, providing support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats to address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. 
• Identifying customer needs, researching issues, and providing accurate information, solutions, or alternatives. 
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. 
• Assisting in training new team members and providing support to colleagues as needed. 
• Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
