Job Description

As a Call Centre Executive for our outbound call center, you will be responsible for making calls without any sales targets in a supportive and pleasant working environment. This is a full-time position with a fixed day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education and preferably have 1 year of experience in outbound voice and customer service roles. Proficiency in Hindi language is preferred for this position. Your primary work location will be in person, where you will engage in outbound calling activities and provide excellent customer service.
