Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Call Center Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The representative will also be expected to maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolutions.
