We are looking for full time and experienced Cake Chef for our upcoming Cafe at Aligarh. Candidate should have at least one year of experience in the same segment. Lodging will be provided. Should be expert in cake designs and should be innovative. Good speed is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Bake and decorate cakes, pastries, cupcakes, choco Lava, brownie, shakes, smoothies, tiramisu and bento cakes.
2) Create innovative recipes and seasonal specials.
3) Prepare handmade chocolates with perfection.
4) Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
5) Manage kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
6) Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.
Requirements:
1) Minimum 1 year of professional experience in baking and cake decoration.
2) Expertise in icing, frosting, handmade chocolates, and creative decorations.
3) Passion for innovation in flavors and designs.
4) Open to relocate from Aligarh.
