Job Description: Café Executive

- Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction

- Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure stock levels are maintained

- Supervise staff, assist in training, and maintain team productivity

- Monitor food and beverage preparation for quality and hygiene standards

- Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve complaints promptly

- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the café, including dining areas, kitchen, equipment, and washrooms

- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace

- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports

- Support marketing and promotional activities within the café
