The Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the caf to ensure a high-quality customer experience, efficient staff performance, and overall profitability. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and promoting excellent service and atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Supervise daily caf operations to ensure efficiency and consistency. Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation standards. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise caf staff. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and customer service. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experience by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment. Develop customer loyalty strategies and handle special requests or events. Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Control waste and manage stock rotation. Financial Oversight: Monitor daily sales and cash flow. Assist with budgeting and cost control. Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
