Job Title: Coffee Making Staff / Barista

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Reports to: Cafe Manager / Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic, and skilled Coffee Making Staff (Barista) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and maintaining a clean and efficient workstation.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks (e.g., lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews).
• Grind coffee beans, brew espresso, and operate coffee machines.
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Provide product recommendations and answer customer questions.
• Ensure cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory of coffee-related items.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with opening or closing duties as needed.
• Requirements:Previous experience as a barista or in a café setting (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of coffee types and brewing methods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends or holidays.
