We specialize in statutory audits, taxation, GST, ROC compliance, and accounting services, providing holistic exposure to CA/CMA trainees in a dynamic work environment. Role Description: As a CA/CMA Article Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in diverse areas, including: - Statutory Audits Conducting audits under Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST laws. - Taxation Filing Income Tax Returns, Tax Audits, and TDS Returns. - GST Compliance Preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) and handling reconciliations. - ROC Work Managing company filings (SPICe+, DIR-12, AOC-4, MGT-7, PAS-3, etc.). - Accounting Maintaining books in accounting software (Tally) and preparing financial statements. Qualifications: - Pursuing CA/CMA (1st year articleship preferred). - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Strong desire to learn and adapt to multidisciplinary work. Required Skills: Analytical Skills & Financial Statement Knowledge Ability to interpret balance sheets, P&L statements, and audit reports. Communication Skills Clear verbal & written communication for client interactions. Experience in Finance/Auditing Prior internship or academic projects in accounting/taxation will be a plus. Financial Data Analysis Proficiency in Excel, Tally, or accounting software. Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving Accuracy in compliance filings and audit documentation. Regulatory Knowledge Basic understanding of Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and ROC compliance.
