The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to aspiring cabin crew professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge, skills, and attitude required to succeed in the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities: Minimum 2 Years of Flying Experience Training Experience Preferred Design and deliver comprehensive training modules covering in-flight service, safety procedures, emergency protocols, grooming, and customer service. Conduct mock interviews, practical sessions, and soft skills development workshops. Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest aviation regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum content. Ensure a professional and engaging learning environment.
