We are seeking a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Finance Manager to oversee and manage our companys finances. The candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and cash-flow management. This is a key role where you will be working closely with the management team to ensure financial strategies are aligned with business objectives. We are looking for someone with a strong financial background who can help us streamline processes and optimize resources. Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, manage, and monitor the companys budget and provide financial forecasts. Cash Flow Management: Plan and manage the companys cash flow to ensure smooth business operations. Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Cost Analysis: Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable insights to the management. Financial Planning: Collaborate with management to create financial plans for short-term and long-term growth. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. Variance Analysis: Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, providing explanations and recommendations. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
