C Licensed Electrician E-City Real Estates

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical C Licensed Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in accordance with statutory requirements and safety standards. The ideal candidate should hold a valid C License and possess strong troubleshooting skills with a commitment to high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Perform electrical testing and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and conduct corrective repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Coordinate with other technicians, engineers, and contractors as required.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
• Assist in planning and estimation of electrical works and materials.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Electrical C License issued by [Appropriate Licensing Authority].
• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial, commercial, or residential electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and tools.
