Job Description

The Business Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial performance and strategy of the front-end operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service. Your role involves financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing and managing financial models and forecasts for front-end business units. Analyzing financial performance and providing insights to improve profitability will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will prepare and present financial reports to senior management. In terms of budgeting and forecasting, you will coordinate the budgeting process for sales, marketing, and customer service departments. Monitoring budget vs. actual performance, identifying variances, and assisting in developing long-term financial plans and strategies will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with front-end business leaders to understand financial needs and objectives is crucial. You will provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives and projects, acting as a financial advisor to drive business performance and growth. Analyzing sales data and trends to optimize pricing and revenue strategies will be a key focus area. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and customer service and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement are also important responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is essential. You will also implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and address any financial discrepancies or issues that may arise. As a team leader, you will manage a team of financial analysts and accountants.
