Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Unit Manager - Investments located in Mumbai at CAGRfunds. The role involves overseeing smooth functioning of the business, client relationship management and assisting clients with their investment queries. Primary responsibility would include: a) Maintaining MIS to ensure all business processes are running smoothly b) Prepare recommendations around mutual fund investments for new and existing clients c) Work with team members to ensure smooth client onboarding and servicing d) Liaison with AMC RMs to remove bottlenecks, if any in the transaction and reporting process e) Ensure that each client request is serviced within 24 working hours f) Manage a team of 3-4 junior associates Qualifications CFPs Minimum 1 year of experience in a mutual fund distribution company Experience of any reporting software will be a plus Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Personal Finance Ability to guide and mentor the team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field,
