BUSINESS UNIT DIRECTOR - MUMBAI Job Description Project Management services scope (all sectors): Programme management Design management Contract management Construction management Business Development Develop relationships with key industry players/stakeholders to obtain early project leads for project management services. Prepare proposals for project management services and negotiate contracts. Contribute to the company social media presence through relevant articles and posts. Project Management Manage the project team recruitment and deployment in coordination with HR department. Lead the delivery of our project management services by monitoring the performance of project teams, the quality of services delivered, and compliance with the company HSE policy. Review personally all project reports and participate to client presentations. Provide advice, coaching, and training to site teams and drive the team/individuals performance. Establish and monitor internal processes. Education : BArch, BE, or B Tech. Post-graduate degree is a plus. Proven experience selling and delivering engineering or construction services in South India, with an existing network of decision makers in the industry. Minimum 15-20 years of hands-on experience in project management, in leadership position, on large real estate projects(BUA > 50,000 m2) and high-end interior projects. Professional experience abroad is a plus. Required Skills : Solid technical skills, well versed in modern construction techniques. A good leader able to motivate teams and develop constructive relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills.,
