Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head - Cosmetic Ingredients, located in Dera Bassi. The Business Head will be responsible for leading and overseeing the cosmetic ingredients division, developing strategies to drive business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. Additional tasks include market analysis, product development, inventory management, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry and cosmetic ingredients Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure Relevant experience in the supply chain and product development processes Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus,
