Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and client acquisition for our IT services, including live mailing services (SMTP, bulk email solutions), custom web/app development, and IT staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Pitch services to clients, including mailing platforms, CRM/web app development, and staffing resources.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communication.
Required Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of IT services, email marketing tools, or web development.
Experience in B2B sales or client-facing roles.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
