Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a good understanding of IT products/services and the ability to translate technical features into business benefits for customers.


Key Responsibilities

 * Driving Sales:

  * Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the IT sector (Govt and non -Govt sector).

  * Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for IT products and services.

  * Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of IT solutions to potential clients.

  * Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

  * Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales follow-up.

 * Developing Marketing Strategies:

  * Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote IT products and services.

  * Identify market opportunities and competitive landscapes to inform marketing initiatives.

  * Translate technical features of IT offerings into clear, compelling business benefits for target audiences.

  * Participate in creating marketing collateral, presentations, and sales tools.

 * Building Client Relationships:

  * Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

  * Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs.

  * Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their business objectives.

  * Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster client loyalty.

 * Product Knowledge and Market Understanding:

  * Develop a deep understanding of our IT products and services, including their technical specifications and applications.

  * Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the IT sector.
