Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our Business Development and Sales team.


The primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound client calls, explain our product/services effectively, and convert leads into successful sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and service details to clients.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in CRM or tracking system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding or service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or business development is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Comfortable using phone, CRM tools, and other communication platforms.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
