The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 1 to 5+ years of experience in a related role. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, and you should be resilient, energetic, and driven by targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus, and a curious mindset with a hunger to learn and grow will be highly valued.
