Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Lead Generations Executive at TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd in Pune. The Sr. Business Development Executive will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, and sales activities to drive business growth. Daily tasks include identifying and contacting potential clients, building relationships, and promoting company services to meet sales targets. Job Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, follow up, and educate a high volume of cold leads into prospects through outbound channels. Servicing & qualifying inbound customer inquiries. Identifying and developing new sales opportunities. Contacting potential customers via cold calls and emails. Maintain a sufficient outbound list/database of prospective clients. Prospecting and scheduling qualification meetings and product demos for the sales team. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Cold Calling for the US Region Proven experience in lead generation, lead qualification, and appointment setting is a plus Experience in Sales Prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong desire to be in technology sales. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative. ,
