Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at our interior and construction design company, you will be responsible for leading client acquisition and driving business growth. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual with 4 to 8 years of experience in the architecture, interiors, or construction industry. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in interior design, fit-out, and construction, building relationships with key stakeholders, pitching company services, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align client requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in interior design, fit-out, and construction - Build relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, facility managers, and corporates - Pitch company services to potential clients and follow up on leads - Prepare and present proposals, company portfolios, and quotations - Collaborate with the design and execution teams to understand offerings and align client requirements - Negotiate contracts and close deals in coordination with management - Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and generate business from existing accounts - Conduct site visits, client meetings, and industry networking events - Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client preferences - Maintain a CRM database and provide regular business development reports Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field - 4 to 8 years of experience in business development or client servicing in the interior, architecture, or construction sector - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build and convert a strong network of contacts into business opportunities - Excellent negotiation and closing skills - Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently - Willingness to travel locally or to other cities for client meetings if required What We Offer: - Competitive salary and high incentive potential - Opportunity to work with a reputed design & build team - Access to a wide portfolio of high-end commercial, residential, and retail projects - Fast-paced and collaborative work environment This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring proficiency in English.
