Job Description
You will be responsible for leveraging your extensive experience in international markets such as the US, UK, Singapore, Middle East, and Europe to drive new business opportunities for the company's eCommerce division and develop strong partner relationships outside India. Your key tasks will include leading the establishment of key accounts with enterprises and Fortune 500 companies and selling eCommerce services like Online Store Management, Catalog Building, Data Entry, Photo Editing, Content Writing, and Digital Marketing. As part of your role, you will need to develop sales strategies, execute marketing approaches, and set goals. You will oversee revenue collection, enhance the existing client base, and manage client accounts with the support of various team members including Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Business Analysts, Telecallers, and the Marketing Team Lead. Additionally, you will be required to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and create compelling project proposals for potential clients. Your focus will also involve cultivating and nurturing relationships with strategic accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. To qualify for this position, you should have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within the IT/eCommerce industry. Strong communication skills, a global mindset, and the ability to adapt to different cultural contexts are essential. As a self-starter, you should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrate a positive, proactive, and enthusiastic approach with a high level of responsibility. Having strong follow-up skills, effective communication, and timely responses will be crucial. You should also be a collaborative team player dedicated to achieving common organizational goals through teamwork and leveraging diverse skill sets. Furthermore, technical knowledge of selling IT and eCommerce services is a must-have requirement for this role.,
