EXPERIENCE 3-7 years experience in IT related sales, preferably in Software Sales. JOB SPECIFICATION Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to demonstrate the features of a software product. Experience in implementation of Software solutions. Good people management skills. Able to manage corporate accounts from start to finish. Generate and close Medium and Large accounts. Able to manage a team of Business Development Executives, motivate and guide them. Manage team and individual targets. Excellent account management skills. Experience in team management for managing people and managing team targets required. Good working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, Email and Internet Browsing. Willingness to travel. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate in Engineering, Sciences, or Commerce.
