Job description Roles & Responsibilities Identifybusinessopportunities, potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization. Work with the senior management team to devise the sales/ marketing strategy for different streams of operations and market segments. Work with the internal teams to negotiate and closebusinessdeals with clients Manage client relationships, interacting with middle/seniormanagersin client organizations Prepare Marketing Collaterals/ presentations, customized solutions/ campaigns for clients and franchise partners Responsible for ideation and execution of physical and digital marketing campaigns. Help coordinate events and gaming facility operations in company stores and at client-locations. Regular reporting to senior management with updates onbusinessgenerated through promotional activities and status of newbusiness opportunities/ leads. Follow-up with clients on out standings. Meet the organizations/ target expectation on minimum number of sales calls. * Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Requirements Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field. Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
