Role Overview-

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and lead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in business management, customer handling, team building, and strategic prospecting, along with the ability to adapt quickly, manage projects, and contribute to design-related discussions when required.


Key Responsibilities-

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify, develop, and execute strategies to expand business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive lead generation, customer prospecting, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Handle client requirements, queries, and escalations with professionalism and promptness.
  • Present service offerings and solutions tailored to client needs.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to achieve sales and growth objectives.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.

Design & Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  • Provide input on design feasibility from a business and customer perspective.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track sales performance, pipeline status, and business KPIs.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for management, highlighting achievements and improvement areas.
  • Implement tools and processes to monitor and improve customer engagement.
