We are a growing company in the staffing domain, focused on delivering top talent solutions to clients across India. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to help expand our domestic client base and manage existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and acquire new clients in the staffing (domestic) market
  • Handle end-to-end business development cycle lead generation to deal closure
  • Build strong relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent service and repeat business
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates
  • Generate revenue by meeting business targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication and progress using CRM tools
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities

Required Skills:


  • Minimum 1 years of experience in staffing sales (domestic market)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in client acquisition and account management
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
