We are a growing company in the staffing domain, focused on delivering top talent solutions to clients across India. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to help expand our domestic client base and manage existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the staffing (domestic) market
- Handle end-to-end business development cycle lead generation to deal closure
- Build strong relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers
- Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent service and repeat business
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates
- Generate revenue by meeting business targets
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and progress using CRM tools
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in staffing sales (domestic market)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in client acquisition and account management
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
