We are seeking an experienced and organized Property Management Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. This role includes managing property staff, maintaining tenant satisfaction, handling budgets, and ensuring the properties operate efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties
• Supervise and train on-site staff (maintenance, leasing agents, etc.)
• Ensure all properties meet legal, safety, and company standards
• Manage leases, rent collection, and tenant relations
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs in a timely manner
• Handle budgets, financial reports, and expense control
• Conduct property inspections and ensure preventive maintenance
• Market vacant units and manage leasing processes
• Resolve tenant complaints and enforce lease agreements
• Ensure compliance with local laws and property regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management or real estate
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and property maintenance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in property management software
