A Business Development Manager in the staffing industry focuses on driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing ones. They are responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching staffing solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Knowledge of NAPS/NATS and Govt / Visit to clients/Revenue generation
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the staffing sector. This includes researching potential clients, attending networking events, and initiating contact with decision-makers.
- Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This involves understanding their needs, providing tailored staffing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and sales quotas. This may involve preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales pipeline.
- Collaboration:
- Working closely with internal teams, such as recruitment and operations, to ensure client needs are met and candidates are effectively matched with job requirements.
- Market Awareness:
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. This includes analyzing market data and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Essential Skills:
- Sales and Negotiation: Proven ability to identify leads, close deals, and negotiate contracts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to clients and collaborate with internal teams.
