The very essence of this business is to simplify the home buying experience by providing a serious home-buyer / investor with varied choices & Types of prime residences across multiple locations in Bengaluru. We are looking for a Business Development Manager /Asst. Manager who is highly self-driven and committed to expanding our non-exclusive property management division. The ideal candidate should have real estate industry experience and an entrepreneurial attitude to lead the division's direction and growth effectively. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will report to the CBO & Management and will be directly responsible for implementing a business development strategy. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, engaging in impactful builder relationships, and negotiating and closing business deals. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in the Real Estate background.
