Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Aurangabad
Industry: Screening Media (Wire Mesh, Anti-Clogging Screens, Modular Panels)
Experience: minimum 5 years
Shift: 9 am to 7 pm with sunday week off
Job Summary:
We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager with experience in screening media to expand our market presence in pan India. The ideal candidate will generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales of our screening solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business in mining, construction, aggregate & process industries
- Engage with OEMs, EPCs, plant heads & consultants
- Execute strategic sales plans & achieve targets
- Conduct market/competitor research
- Collaborate with technical & production teams
- Represent the company at trade shows/events
- Manage inquiries, quotations & sales closures
- Report on market trends & customer feedback
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or MBA in Marketing/Sales
- B2B industrial sales experience
- Knowledge of screening media preferred
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Willing to travel extensively
- Self-motivated & target-oriented
