Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships.
- Maintain existing customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a key contact point between the company and clients.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Market Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing structures.
- Provide timely feedback to management on market developments.
- Order & Delivery Coordination:
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up on order status and resolve client queries proactively.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, visit logs, and client communications.
- Ensure all transactions are properly documented and compliant with company policies.
- Business Development:
- Explore new business opportunities and markets within the region.
- Participate in tenders, proposals, and negotiation processes.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, operations, and support teams to deliver smooth service to customers.
