Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships.
    • Maintain existing customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Act as a key contact point between the company and clients.
  2. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Develop sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  3. Market Intelligence:
    • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing structures.
    • Provide timely feedback to management on market developments.
  4. Order & Delivery Coordination:
    • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
    • Follow up on order status and resolve client queries proactively.
  5. Documentation & Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain sales reports, visit logs, and client communications.
    • Ensure all transactions are properly documented and compliant with company policies.
  6. Business Development:
    • Explore new business opportunities and markets within the region.
    • Participate in tenders, proposals, and negotiation processes.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with finance, operations, and support teams to deliver smooth service to customers.
